To celebrate the reopening of Hôtel Crillon le Brave, WEP in Provence conceived and planned Le Rendez-vous, an immersive luxury event designed to reveal the extraordinary possibilities of this iconic Provence wedding venue.

Set within a medieval hilltop village overlooking the vineyards and Mont Ventoux, the occasion welcomed leading French wedding planners and creative professionals for an evening rooted in the landscape, traditions and unmistakable spirit of the South of France.

As a luxury wedding planner in Provence, Stéphanie Fayolle drew on her deep connection to the region, bringing together Provençal heritage, contemporary design, music and culinary artistry to create a refined journey through the five senses. Traditional dancers and tambourines marked the beginning of the celebration before guests explored the hotel’s historic houses, terraces, restaurant, spa and exceptional spaces for destination weddings in Provence.

Working alongside wedding designer CORAMOUR and floral designer Alkonost, WEP in Provence transformed the setting through tactile natural materials, dried grasses, olives, lace linens and evocative details that responded beautifully to the surrounding architecture and landscape. Delivered in just three months, Le Rendez-vous demonstrated Stéphanie’s ability to create couture-level wedding experiences that feel deeply connected to their location, combining exceptional hospitality, sophisticated event design and authentic Provençal character without ever compromising on luxury.
