Maddie and Dan’s black-tie garden party wedding in Provence brought understated elegance and fashion-led details to the magnificent La Bastide de Marie. The celebrations began with a welcome barbecue among the estate’s vineyards, where a vinyl DJ invited guests to choose the soundtrack, before unfolding into a beautifully considered wedding day shaped by Maddie’s discerning eye for design. A natural palette of white, green and Provençal blue complemented the landscape, with seasonal florals, calligraphed stationery and green velvet bows creating a refined yet personal atmosphere. Maddie’s evolving bridal wardrobe brought a further fashion perspective, while a champagne tower, live saxophonist and dramatic disco ball shifted the mood from elegant garden celebration to late-night party. Planned and artistically directed by WEP in Provence, every element felt cohesive, intimate and entirely at home beneath the golden light of the Luberon.
